Jeremy Hontz, 36, was born in Indiana, served in US Army and after a tour in Germany and Desert Storm ended up in Harker Heights, Texas.
Jeremy has been wrestling since he was in 2nd grade. He’s been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 8 years now, and Muay Thai for over a year. He’s a Relson Gracie 3 Stripe Blue Belt in BJJ. Jeremy is training at TwinWolvesMMA gym, where he’s a wrestling coach, assistant BJJ coach and assistant kids instructor.

Jeremy is an amateur MMA cage fighter (his MMA record is 2-0), and he also competes in BJJ tournaments all around Texas.
Jeremy says he doesn’t fight to be the greatest, he fights to prove to himself he can be great – for himself, not for anyone else. He’s now training hard with his trainer Grey Tisdale to get ready for his 145 lb USACA Title Fight in Houston on June 5, 2009.
Revgear wishes you luck, Jeremy!
